What happens when you call
  1. Triage in minutes. A senior engineer takes the call, confirms what is down and what is at risk, and tells you the plan.
  2. Contain. Isolate the compromised system, stop the bleeding, preserve evidence and backups.
  3. Restore. Bring services back from clean backups or rebuilt infrastructure, verified, not guessed.
  4. Report and prevent. A written incident summary and the fixes that stop it happening again.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you help companies that are not clients?

Yes. Rescue is open to any US business. Many clients start here and then move to a backup or managed plan so it never happens again.

Do we need to pay before you start?

The $495 minimum incident is confirmed on the call and we start immediately. Hourly work is invoiced as we go with an estimate after triage.

What if the data cannot be recovered?

We tell you honestly and early. Then we rebuild from whatever is salvageable and put a tested backup plan in place so the next incident is a restore, not a loss.

Why there is a waitlist

We hand-scope every engagement, so onboarding is capped.

A senior engineer runs discovery on every project. That is why the work holds up, and why we open only a few new engagements each month.

Tell us what is slow, manual or broken. You get a straight read on what to fix first and what it costs, no 40-slide deck.

  • A senior engineer on the call, not a salesperson
  • Written scope and price before any build starts
  • If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call
