Managed IT — Services & Pricing — Avalanche
Division 04 · Managed IT

You do not need an IT department. You need one that answers.

Helpdesk, devices, users, email, backups, security and vendors handled for a flat monthly fee. Emergency response when something is on fire. Audits that tell you the truth about where your technology stands.

From $499/mo $499–$5,000+/mo
Managed IT
$495

is the minimum incident fee when a small business calls us after the outage. The Small Business plan that would have prevented it is $499 a month. That is the whole argument.

What it is costing you

None of this gets fixed by working harder.

01

Your 'IT guy' is the owner

Password resets, printer drivers, the email that stopped syncing. Every one lands on the person whose hour is worth the most in the building.

02

Nothing is documented until it fails

Which laptop has the accounting software? Who has admin on the domain? When did the backup last actually restore? Nobody knows until the day it matters.

03

Vendors point at each other

The internet provider blames the firewall, the software vendor blames the network. You pay everyone and nothing gets fixed.

The mechanism

One number to call. One team accountable for all of it.

We inventory every device, user, account and vendor, document it, then run it: monitoring, patching, backups, onboarding and offboarding, and the helpdesk your team actually uses. When a vendor is involved, we manage the vendor.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does 'up to ~5 users' mean?

Plans are sized by the number of people we support, with a sensible device count per person. Growing past the tier moves you to the next plan, never a surprise invoice.

Do you replace our existing IT provider or work with them?

Either. Many clients keep a hardware vendor and move helpdesk, security and management to us. We document everything so the hand-over is clean.

What is the difference between Managed IT and the Virtual IT Department?

Managed IT keeps what you have running. The Virtual IT Department adds strategy, projects, development hours and a fractional CTO on top, for companies that want technology to move the business forward, not just stay up.

Why there is a waitlist

We hand-scope every engagement, so onboarding is capped.

A senior engineer runs discovery on every project. That is why the work holds up, and why we open only a few new engagements each month.

  • Written scope and price before any build starts
